Brought my new Genesis G70 in to have the 3M film applied. I was told it would take a half day, and dropped the car off at 10:00 AM, expecting to have the car back that afternoon. Unfortunately, whil applied. I was told it would take a half day, and dropped the car off at 10:00 AM, expecting to have the car back that afternoon. Unfortunately, while I did get a rental, it wasn't a Genesis (not a big deal, but it would've been nice), but I also received no communication that my vehicle wouldn't be done that day, or that the parts needed weren't even in. It would have been fine if I had been told when I dropped the car off, or even with a call before the service department closed that day, rather than hearing nothing back and wondering what was going on. My car also had roughly 20 more miles on it when I got it back than when I dropped it off. I'm not sure what required 20 miles of driving to apply a film. More

My concern is that none of the staff wore masks, there was no hand sanitizer in the service area, my car was driven into bay by service rep and he didn't wipe down steering wheel or door handle. And odd to drive it in anyhow. I had to awkwardly back out? Why not just give me the key and point me to the car? More

We dropped our car off after hours and I was contacted early the next morning to verify what we wanted for service. I was then given a rough timeframe for how long it would take. My Hyundai has never given me mechanical or breakdown issues but I maintain my 2013 Elantra with regular scheduled maintenance.
