This woman and her team called me several times a day for 4 days after I bought my car to come back in to resign some paperwork. However when there with my MVA tags being flagged. They waited 23 days to tell 4 days after I bought my car to come back in to resign some paperwork. However when there with my MVA tags being flagged. They waited 23 days to tell me and thats only because I called asking about my registration. Smh. Meredith claimed they sent a letter explaining why I didn't get my tags with a refund of the $191 they charged me. Never received it. A week later I called again and now she says they mailed it out a few days ago. A week later and still haven't received anything. I really wish I never had any business with this team of "professionals". More

This man is extremely unprofessional. I bought a car on 1/16/26. My mechanic checked the car and seen issues with the The coolant tank that was empty. The Serpentine belt looking worn and I bought a car on 1/16/26. My mechanic checked the car and seen issues with the The coolant tank that was empty. The Serpentine belt looking worn and brown, and low tread on the back tires. I brought it back in on 1/20. They refill it with coolant and tell me the belt and tires passed inspection so they won't replace them. Anastasia told me this. By 1/28 I bring the car back in because the tank is empty again. Anastasia claims the mechanic doesn't see a leak and they need to test it overnight. The test turned into 3 weeks without my car. No updates from service. No communication unless I called several times to get someone on the phone. On 2/19 I email Scott the general manager about my frustration on the lack of communication, the long process of finding the issue on my car, and hoping he could assist in anyway. Instead of email, he decides to call me. He tells me they didn't know of any belt or tire concern and I have a loaner car so I shouldn't feel frustration. As im trying to explain to him my concern getting my car back without him actually knowing what caused the tank to empty, he began interrupting me mid sentence, he began raising his voice, and became very rude. I asked him to please stop raising his voice and watch his tone. He then says " oh my god, go ahead, speak, ask your question". As I start speaking he interrupts again by repeating my name several names to get me to stop talking. I hung up and emailed him stating my disbelief of his combative behavior and unprofessionalism. He never responded. I wish I never step foot in this place. I got my car back 2/21 without any paper work saying what work they did on it or any exact reason the tank was empty. Worst dealer experience ever! More
