He stayed late with us that evening and made sure to address all my questions and get us pricing. He told us to call or text any time with questions and said he was off the next day but would be more than happy to help. The next day I texted him an offer and to make a long story short I purchased a car through text messaging. Lol. A few days latter we met wih him again and picked up the car. Once again it was very laid back and fun. Naomi and Dennis worked hard to get us in and out. Naomi answered all of our questions and was good to work with too. She tried to get Dennis to put on a Chicken costume! Dennis made sure to answer any additional questions and demo some of the neat stuff like VW Carnet. It was a great experience I only wish I could afford to buy another car from Dennis. I have been getting my cars serviced at Vorderman's for several years. I usually deal with Larry Carter and have learned to trust him with our vehicles needs. I give him and the service department five stars. They've always taken care of our needs and have gone out of their way on numerous occasions. The service department is one of the main reasons we purchased our eighth VW. Thanks for everything you all do! More

It was VERY low pressure and he was relaxed and easy to chat with. He didn't insist upon a ride-along test drive which made me feel more relaxed about testing out the car. The entire process was quick, painless, and full of nice joke-filled non-awkward idle conversation when waiting around at various times (credit check, paperwork, etc). Both Dennis and Naomi stayed after-hours to finish the deal and explained in great detail everything about the loan, warranty, agreements, etc. Couldn't have had a better buying experience! More

We did very well on our trade-in and got a excellent car for a great price. The whole dealership works well together and it is a great place to get a new car or a used one. They know what they are doing and most importantly are trustworthy. We plan to return the next time we need a vehicle. More

But, I took a chance and drove 60+ miles after speaking with Caril Bernard on the phone after finding a model I was interested in on the internet. I can say, after purchasing 30+ vehicles in my life, that this was by far the most positive experience I've ever had buying a new car. Everyone was friendly, they offered me completely fair value for my trade-in, and were willing to work with my tight schedule which meant several folks stayed well past closing to help me finish the deal. I couldn't be happier with my awesome Jetta TDI and my only regret is I live somewhat far away to utilize my new friends at Vorderman for more regular service, including their awesome "pit stop" service. For as long as I live in the area, I'll be visiting Caril for my new car needs in the future. More

I never felt like I was being pushed into anything or dealt any nonsense. I started by looking at leasing a vehicle, but then found the perfect low mile used Jetta that fit my needs. Dennis was great to work with and enjoyed having him help me through the sales process. The day I showed up to get my Jetta I had the check from my bank thinking I had a great financing deal. After speaking with Naomi about my financing, she went to work for me and got me an even better deal! Overall, it was a painless process and the most enjoyable of the 4 or 5 Fort Wayne dealerships I had visited in the last two weeks. On delivery, Alex did a great job of answering all of my questions and making sure I knew what every switch and lever in the car did. Couldn't recommend Vorderman enough! More
