I was looking to buy a new Atlas and after going to a few dealerships, I had a friend recommend City Volkswagen of Evanston. I messaged Narcis and he responded within minutes, even on his day off. Narcis put me in contact with Mario, who was able to see me that morning. Mario was great and quickly set me up with a test drive and was able to answer all my initial questions. After my appointment, both Narcis and Mario followed up with me but were not pushy, which I really appreciate. I returned a couple weeks, did another test drive and after working out details with Narcis, purchased my first new car. I’m very happy with my purchase, the service I received and am so glad I chose City Volkswagen. More
