Narcis introduced himself and brought me right over to the car I was interested in. He was extremely calming and helped comfort my nerves right away. Before we test drove it, he explained everything I needed to know inside and out. He answered any questions I had and directed me on the route. I knew after we test drove it that it was exactly what I wanted. Narcis explained all the paperwork thoroughly with me and helped me understand if I had any questions. Afterward, Narcis introduced me to Boris, who appraised my old Jetta. We went for a ride together to see if there was anything wrong and he carefully looked over the car with me. After that, Narcis introduced me to their finance manager, Alex. He went over any more paperwork that needed to be completed and signed thoroughly and even had new plates ready for me. This is the most professional dealership with impeccable customer service. Everyone is extremely knowledgeable, patient and kind. I never felt rushed or pressured once. I can’t wait to purchase my future VWs with them again. More
