My husband and I had walked away from three other dealerships on the North Shore as we were turned off by their mannerisms. My gosh, these guys just said hello when we walked in, gave us time to browse around, then came over and asked if we had any questions. Mario was fantastic, as he knew what other competitor SUV features stood against the Tiguan. He was so friendly and patient with our questions. After learning about VW's warranty and finance options, it was clearly a no brainer - picking up the SUV tonight! More
