Took the fun our of car buying Heard the GM through the wall in the room next door talking down to the sales rep. Made a bad impression on me and I almost left then, thinking why would I give my money to someone like that. High pressure and confusing pitch to try to get me to purchase an extended warranty from the "generous owner". Never received a copy of the service that was done on the car at the dealership. Once purchase was complete, no one came into the car with me to explain how anything worked or the features. Left there upset instead of happy having just got a new car. Took all the fun out of car buying. Love the car - would never buy one there again though. More
