Great experience overall. They let me test drive with no pressure, then explained all the details to me with patience. One disappointing factor was that they misspelled my name even though I wrote it correc pressure, then explained all the details to me with patience. One disappointing factor was that they misspelled my name even though I wrote it correctly, which creating a problem with registration, and since it was right before they closed on a Saturday, they rushed through things and it felt like I was being “shooed out” of the shop once they got my money. I did not like that at all, especially since there was the registration issue that needed to be solved. Other than that, the experience was very good. More

High pressure and confusing pitch to try to get me to purchase an extended warranty from the "generous owner". Never received a copy of the service that was done on the car at the dealership. Once purchase was complete, no one came into the car with me to explain how anything worked or the features. Left there upset instead of happy having just got a new car. Took all the fun out of car buying. Love the car - would never buy one there again though. More
