My wife and I purchased our first car together, a CR-V EX-L, through Luther Brookdale Honda and we could not have been happier with the process or result. Nash was extremely helpful in showing us all of o EX-L, through Luther Brookdale Honda and we could not have been happier with the process or result. Nash was extremely helpful in showing us all of our options and we never felt pressured to make any decisions or to purchase anything outside of our price range. Throughout the entire process we felt that Nash was on our team and that he was working to help us get everything we wanted, rather than simply trying to sell us a car. We looked around a lot before choosing to buy from Luther Brookdale, but we could not find a price that could compete with those that they offered and the selection of used CR-Vs was excellent. It was, also, very refreshing to be able to test drive the car by without a sales person and to be able to freely discuss all of our thoughts and concerns and explore the vehicle on our own. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others and plan to return for our future purchases. More

The overall sales experience was fun since I was already "sold" on the new Honda Civic I was buying. Nash was very helpful in showing me the features on the car and and the options available. The service technicians did a great job in getting the car ready in record time since I asked for the rust and paint protection package that same day. Since there was no financing involved, I didn't deal with the staff on that subject. After Nash synced my phone with the car and explained the various controls and menus of the multi display screen, I was on my way home with a new car! More

I had a pleasant experience buying a new Odyssey tonight. Nash was very good to work with and helped me understand both the car and the process - I would highly recommend him. I did not experience any of the "normal" pressures or games of car buying. Even the finance guy was not at all pushy. I had done my research and knew what I was willing to pay, and they accepted my offer. Upon picking up the car, we noticed a few small pin-sized bumps in the body paint and they were very quick to arrange for taking care of them. Seems like a very minor defect today, in the emotion of a new car, but could become a major problem if it rusted. A very good experience all around, so I am happy to give five stars. More

We had a great experience with Brookdale Honda. No high pressure sales tactics. I liked how they allowed us to test drive the vehicle without the Sales Rep. We test drove several different vehicles at di pressure sales tactics. I liked how they allowed us to test drive the vehicle without the Sales Rep. We test drove several different vehicles at different dealers the same day and the great experience at this dealership far outweighed the others. They followed up with us in writing and did not phone us ever 3 days like the others did. We finally decided to purchase a Honda and were pleased to be able to work with Brookdale Honda. More

I have purchased 2 new cars (2005 Accord and 2010 Accord) and 1 used car (2004 Civic) from this dealer, all with Nash Tawfeek. Nash was very knowledgeable about the models. Although additional dealer insta and 1 used car (2004 Civic) from this dealer, all with Nash Tawfeek. Nash was very knowledgeable about the models. Although additional dealer installed options were discussed, he did not pressure me to buy them when I declined some. Because of Honda's reliability, I have had no need to bring in the 2005 for any work so I couldn't grade them on their overall service. The 2010 is still too new to need anything, but it runs like a dream. I would definitely buy a vehicle from heare again and I have already mentioned this dealer to my family and friends. More
