Due to the lateness of the hour ( Jay Vicario stayed late to help us with the financial/extra coverage part of it) and the fact that it hadn't been inspected yet, I had to come back the next day to pick it up. Miss Renaudin had it waiting and reviewed so many features and got my phone synced.to my new car. She was funny and so excited for me. She is a definite asset to Kia. When we buy another Kia , she will get our business! They also had tea, coffee, hot chocolate and water - we were there for several hours so the beverages were appreciated. . Everyone made.us feel at home. More

I had a hard time with the dealership that car was leased with to switch the names over. I was just going to "bit the bullet" and ride it out until it ended and turn it and get my self a new car. Well, hearing the radio ads that they will buy your lease. Wasn't sure if it was true or not. Natalyya, Don, Matt and Lori made it possible for me to get out of the lease and get me in to my new car. They listed to my situation, got me in the car that I wanted and worked in to my price raged. More
