A PLEASANT SURPRISE! I was looking for about a month to replace a 10 year old Focus. Like many "lookers", I had a severe commitment issue. I had to be at a low payment I was looking for about a month to replace a 10 year old Focus. Like many "lookers", I had a severe commitment issue. I had to be at a low payment to afford the year and mileage I preferred. I leased some years ago and it worked out fine. This time, though, until this visit , I was unable to find a lease payment as low as it had to be. I was back and forth with Griffin, the internet specialist enough to be convinced to drive the hour to the dealership and give it a shot. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Natalyya Renaudin, who became our sales consultant through the process. Natalyya proved to be knowledgeable, polite and friendly. We could tell she indeed wanted to sell a vehicle yet her sales aggression was well blended with her upbeat personality. She made us feel welcome and important. We ended up with a great payment and drove a new Optima home. I would and will recommend Natalyya to anyone searching for a vehicle. My only complaint is with the detailer. The inside of the windshield was awful. It had an obvious film and looked as if it was given a quick wipe complete with lots of smudges and streaks. Other than that small issue, Well done! More

Totally opposite experience! Natalyya Renaudin was great in making sure the car was still available and kept the key with her so that I could take it for a test drive. She was so positive and upbeat the entire time - from the test drive through all of the paperwork, and was extremely personable. I found out later that another friend of mine who purchased a Soul several months ago, had her for a sales person and thought she was wonderful. So four thumbs up! Even the finance part was a pleasant experience. To make it even better, I love my car. I would definitely recommend Halleen Kia, and specifically Natalyya Renaudin. More

She did what no other dealership would, she actually asked her manager for his best quote & he actually provided it!! That was the first amazing thing about Halleen. Then I went into the dealership hoping I would find it wasn't just a crazy quote just to get me in the door, I had visited 2 other dealerships that seem to work that way, bait & switch! Halleen was by far the best one to work with!! Their employees are wonderful, they actually seem to like their jobs, like people & are honest!! My sales associate was Natalyya Renaudin & she is fantastic, I would recommend her to anyone! She is charming, cheerful, gracious & a genuinely nice person, plus she knows her cars! She worked diligently to get me the best deal possible on the package that I wanted. Don Bazzo was also instrumental in getting me the price I was looking to pay. It was also a pleasure working with Matt Rogalski, he handled the financial part of my visit. What a nice guy! He has a great personality, he's good-natured, very pleasant & makes the financial end as easy as possible!! I can't say I've ever dealt with another dealership that I felt so confident about!
