Excellent 5 star experience! First I have to say I worked in the motorcycle industry for years and I can spot a sales person fumbling thru a sale, and I have purchased vehicles at First I have to say I worked in the motorcycle industry for years and I can spot a sales person fumbling thru a sale, and I have purchased vehicles at multiple dealers. This was NOT the case here. I first dealt with Lori Light in internet sales she was very helpful and answered my questions. When arriving at the dealership we were promptly greeted by several staff members. Thats when Natalya Renaudin introduced herself, I explained to her why we were there. She sat us down and went and gave us cold bottles of water while we talked. Natalyya is a great saleswoman, she knows her products, she knew about vehicle options, and the interior and exterior features across all of the models. Even as I asked some technical questions she knew the appropriate answers. We had a fantastic overall experience at Halleen Kia I will return there for my next vehicle. It is worth the drive passing many other dealerships. When it was time to purchase my next car I contacted Haleen Kia. Previous car purchase experiences have been exhausting, lengthy, adversarial, and quite unpleasant. I always brought others for help and support. My experience at Haleen Kia was just the opposite! I was treated like a beloved family member. I arrived without an appointment. I was promptly greeted by Natalyya Renaudin. She is my all time favorite sales consultant!!! She was very courteous and professional. She took the time to find out exactly what I was looking for and what I could afford. There was no pressure to make decisions or to purchase immediately. She wanted to make sure that I was buying exactly what I wanted at the best price possible. Management were very friendly and patient with all of my questions and concerns.
