Natassa is the best! !!! Great communication explains the issues to me very well and presents the solutions. She coordinates with the mechanics and keeps me informed. Very !!! Very honest (which is impossible to find) quick and efficient. I’ve been bringing my Honda there since 2014 won’t go anywhere else! Service Department has a great waiting area as well which makes it easy to work while waiting for car. More

Amazing experience. I come to get my car serviced and I only deal with Natasha, So when my vehicle got totaled and I needed a new vehicle. I reached out to Natasha and I come to get my car serviced and I only deal with Natasha, So when my vehicle got totaled and I needed a new vehicle. I reached out to Natasha and explained what I wanted. Natasha directed us to Hamad , by the time we arrived the vehicle was ready to be seen and exactly what I asked for with bonus features. Natasha, in the service department, has been my direct contact for many years now. She has been extremely helpful throughout any of the numerous times I got my Crosstour serviced. When I got home from my oil maintenance service from DCH Honda in Paramus, my Dad checked the motor oil and it was very dirty, black as coal. It’s obvious that your ACE mechanic did not use his skills to do Honda in Paramus, my Dad checked the motor oil and it was very dirty, black as coal. It’s obvious that your ACE mechanic did not use his skills to do his job. And we have to wait for 3 hours with the oil change not done! It’s a ripped off! You won’t get a good referral from us EVER!!! More
