During Covid times, meeting and buying in person seemed daunting. Natasha went above and beyond to make it a pleasant buying experience, by doing much of the paperwork via email, even before I showed up to sign for my car. Once in the showroom, Natasha was super easy to work with. She made sure that I was happy with all of the terms of my purchase, went over the features of the car, and even took a great photo of me standing next to my new ride. All of this while keeping the 6ft apart. I look forward to many new Honda purchases with Natasha. More
