Description of service was unclear. Was threatened that my car would not be given to me because I didn’t pay a fee that should have been covered under my warranty. Bertera couldn’t get a hold of Nissan warranty company and asked me to contact them. It is not my responsibility to know and contact the Nissan 100,000 mile warranty program. Didn’t appreciate lack of communication car was brough in Friday at 3 and didn’t get and call till Saturday morning. More
