Contacted dealer on a Saturday, late in the day. At that time, they had a hybird toyota camry on site. Informed my client to call early Monday morning and she did, however the car had been sold. I had to be on a waiting list for a vehicle due to shortages, and he did his best to get for me the SUV that I wanted. Cowboy Toyota managed to take delivery of one that was even better than the one I thought I wanted, and for that I am very grateful! I really love this new, amazing Toyota Venza! There were no surprises in the finance office, and I would say my experience at Cowboy Toyota was hassle-free and extremely pleasant! More

If I could give a lower rating I would. Poor customer service. I called from the road trying to get my newly leased car into service as it was showing engine check and the battery was leaki Poor customer service. I called from the road trying to get my newly leased car into service as it was showing engine check and the battery was leaking fluid after less than a year of ownership. But that's the real issue. The lackluster interest on the part of the Cowboy Toyota service department, and especially the manager who called me back left a whole lot to be desired. From his voice, the manager could have cared less. He was simply making the return call because he was required to but there were no ideas forthcoming about how Cowboy Toyota could help me. So my car sits unused in my driveway until I can return from travel and take it in. Once this lease is up, I am NEVER leasing or buy from this dealership. I hope others who read my review will hear the authentic frustration in my words. I've had it. I'd rather buy or lease a car anywhere but from this joke of place. The irony is that I personally know the American executives of Toyota, the real car company. While they really don't have anything to do with dealerships (per se), I think they might care that this dealership is driving away potential buyers of their product and may be damaging their reputation. I was born in Dallas, have roots here but have traveled the world my whole life helping businesses improve. These people at cowboy Toyota have gotten cocky and sloppy. I don't know if its post Covid, or they just don't care, but there is no empathy or service orientation AT ALL. So to the future buyer, beware. More

Nate was awesome! !! He dealt with my indecisiveness lol I wasn’t planning on trading my car in today but I did. We weren’t in there forever either. Normally we go in a !!
