I’m a cut to the chase type of person. . I do my due diligence on anything I buy. I travel for business so I searched the entire US to find a vehicle. I would have flown anywhere to get . I do my due diligence on anything I buy. I travel for business so I searched the entire US to find a vehicle. I would have flown anywhere to get what I wanted. I talked to more than a dozen salespeople nationwide. Including some in my hometown. I ended up with Nate @ Bloomington Hyundai because he gave me direct answers, no hard sell or bs. He was well versed on finance and on the vehicle I was considering. He gave me a fair price and completed the necessary steps to finish the transaction by phone in less than a day. I flew in to pick it up the next morning and Nate picked me up at the airport. THIS is the way to do business! Well done! More

Staff gave a very ridicules low ball offer on trade-in, $2000 less than another Hyundai dealer twice the distance away, in the end they closer matc Staff gave a very ridicules low ball offer on trade-in, $2000 less than another Hyundai dealer twice the distance away, in the end they closer matched the other dealership’s trade-in value. The financial manager felt like he used fear tactics to buy various expensive extended warranties. Example, taking vehicle for an oil change to a non Hyundai dealership could void warranty such as a local GMC dealership. The service center here charges much higher rates than I was given by another Hyundai dealership service center . Pushing extended warranties, required servicing at the dealership , should be done upfront in the selling phase. They will not do that as I would expect a lot of potential buyers would run out the door. One should be able to get oil changes done by a certified local auto mechanic without fear of voiding the warranty. More
