Buying a car can go from exciting to overwhelming and tedious. I didn't experience this at Mungenast! First time I went to Mungenast, I was searching for a preowned IS. He didn't pressure me to buy anything that I wasn't happy with and let me bug him by test driving all the cars (sorry Nate!). I walked away empty handed but had a wonderful experience. Last week I came back to look at the '13 ES350 (you know us girls are indecisive), since they had the annual Lexus December to Remember event. Nate wasn't available so Mike O'shea, sales manager, helped me instead. After being disappointed in looking at preowned vehicles at other places and different cities, I wanted to see what Mike could do to help me out. He sure did! I walked away with a brand new 2013 ES350 with 72 miles on the odometer and in the color I wanted with the specs I wanted! The whole process from bugging Mike to find me my perfect car, having Alicia thoroughly explain the cool gadgets, to Mike in financing making sure I get the best rate, was definitely fun! Yes I said fun! Did I mention they put a red bow on top of my new car? :) There's zero intimidation factor (okay maybe when you first walk in) as everybody was super friendly and willing to help you out. I cannot wait to get my car serviced so I can lounge in their environmentally friendly building with free goodies and snacks. I definitely love being a new Lexus owner :) Thanks, Mungenast!!! More

From the time my daughter and I entered the dealership we felt very comfortable. Never did we feel pressured or rushed. All of our questions where answered to our satisfaction and more. We ended up purchasing a Lexus ES300h and couldn't be more pleased. We concluded our purchase with Mike Baek, and again nothing but a first class person. This dealership is without a doubt the most professional I have ever been in and other dealerships would do well to model what Mungenast does. More

Nate Hopson from Mungenast Lexus does it again. 3rd car purchased from Mungenast family and second from Nate. Went in a few weeks ago and we were too far apart so didn't get the deal done. He did not know that the night before I visited competitor and all but had deal done as they were willing to get closer to my trade in request but I went back to Mungenast b/c it was Nate. He is always honest, no BS. Sat down and revisited the numbers and he went to his manager and came back with the deal done. And I never even brought up the offer from the competitor, which was actually slightly better. I appreciate that Nate really goes the extra mile for his customers AND that Mungenast truly appreciates loyal customers and is willing to go a bit further for them. That is why I bought from Nate and Mungenast. I know when the time comes for my next vehicle purchase my first stop will be Nate again. Thanks Nate. More

My wife and I were once again spoiled with the same professionalsim and courteous staff at Dave Mungenast Lexus in June 2013, when were came to replace our first Lexus RX SUV that we purchased there professionalsim and courteous staff at Dave Mungenast Lexus in June 2013, when were came to replace our first Lexus RX SUV that we purchased there in 1999. Our salesman, Nate Hopson as he did in 1999, made the whole process smooth and made the experince a treat for us as he had done in 1999. He was unusually professional and helpful to be sure we got what we wanted (color, accessories, and financing). He and the staff gave us appointment times that were convenient for us and never failed to be on time for the date set. The entire process was a pleasant one and completed in two visits, including the knowledgable young lady, Alicia, who gave us the final detailed lecture before we drove the new car home. Mr. Ray Mungenast himself, was there and seemed justifiably proud of his efficient and friendly organization. Thank you again. We were pleased with the entire process.
