Fair deal, patient They are in the middle of construction of their new showroom and service area so things are a bit hard to get around, particularly the service departm They are in the middle of construction of their new showroom and service area so things are a bit hard to get around, particularly the service department. Michael did his best to find the car I wanted, with the equipment I wanted, but it was not to be as some options listed in the brochure were actually unavailable (confirmed at Toyota website). This meant moving from a 4 cylinder to a 6 cylinder version of that particular model. The dealer had a new 2016 (current model year is 2017) fully loaded car available and the price offered was fair and value for my trade-in was very fair. Then the waiting began. I was told the dealership server had a hardware failure so we all waited and waited for the system to be repaired. The staff was all very friendly and pleasant to deal with. This was my third vehicle purchased at this dealership and each deal has been a fair deal. More

If he didn't have an answer he was quick to get it. We had a few models we werw interested in and he took the time to help us look at all of them. Ron and Ezra were really helpful at making sure we were comfortable with the price and payments we would be dating in the years to come. Never did I feel pressured to jump into something that I wasn't comfortable with. The whole process ran smooth and I am so happy with the choice.
