Ron and Ezra were really helpful at making sure we were comfortable with the price and payments we would be dating in the years to come. Even after scheduling an appointment the dealer didn't know who we were, what car we were looking for and we felt very disconnected from them, so we looked around and gave Royal Moore Toyota a try, Jessie Polk was a salesman, he felt more relaxed, open, friendly and very easy to talk to. He made us comfortable and laugh many times and we ended up buying our car from him, then we went to financing and the financial manager Nate Taylor worked really hard to make the payments the way I wanted it to be.
