Knowledgeable staff but needed to bring my car in twice because they wouldn’t look under the hood until the warning/diagnostic msg appeared. The only thing I can say at this point is that Amy Anderson and Nate were wonderful to work with. I bought a used car and I still have yet to see if I made the right decision. Scott Nelson is so nice to work with, very patient and accommodating! We went back and forth on a couple of things and he never made us feel rushed. Our Finance person, however, was not great, dishonest accommodating! We went back and forth on a couple of things and he never made us feel rushed.
