While I was in Nathan's office the owner Doug Schoepp stopped in to talk to Nathan. Before leaving he introduced himself to me, I thought that was pretty cool. I was shopping around for a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. A family member recommended I "just check" at Schoepps. He introduced me to Nathan and I knew whatever vehicle we chose, it would be purc daughter. A family member recommended I "just check" at Schoepps. The receptionist greeted us right away and Nathan was able to complete the entire transaction while we were there in Madison instead of having to make another hour and half trip. I had been stressing about car shopping for her for a long time and Schoepps turned it into an enjoyable experience! More

I have purchased start to finish. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile and friendly conversation from the receptionist. I have purchased from Schoepp before and had an amazing experience, but the consistency behind the customer service is why I was prompted to write. Nathan made my visit to the lot very comfortable and he worked diligently to get me in the vehicle I was in love with. I have referred 2 co-workers to Schoepp in the past year and their experiences were on the exact same line as mine. It is reassuring to know that I have a trust-worthy dealer just down the interstate that I can say has my business for life. I will continue to spread the word :) ..
