He took care of everything and in less than 12 hours, we test drove, made a decision with Nate's help, paperwork was signed and car ready the next morning! And Owen helped with all the technical options that the car came with, he made sure we were fully connected to the car and no issues before we pulled away. Best experience, again!! More

I kept texting her, nagging her for opinions, questions, vehicle information etc and she was always quick to respond and super friendly! Phil, Nate, and Robert were awesome as well. They were all very supportive as I cried ugly tears signing my Ford Escape away. Owen was VERY helpful with the tech stuff. He is very good at what he does. I don’t know what I would have done without him showing me the Telluride’s features. Also was very happy there were free cookies because it kept my 5 year old happy during the process. More
