An enjoyable car buying experience Last Saturday morning I stopped at the Premier dealership to look at the Kia Forte. I went out for a test drive with Nathan. As my last new car purc Last Saturday morning I stopped at the Premier dealership to look at the Kia Forte. I went out for a test drive with Nathan. As my last new car purchase was 10 years ago, I was happy that Nathan took time to explain all of the new features and even connected my iphone to the car radio. Mike Taylor was very efficient with the paperwork and I was able to leave in the afternoon with my new car. All of the people I met there were very pleasant and helpful, including Greg from the parts department who installed my car mats. So happy with my purchase. More

They kept their word! As the Fleet Manager for a mid-size company, I have dealt with numerous dealerships throughout Connecticut. Typically as a Fleet Manager, I only want As the Fleet Manager for a mid-size company, I have dealt with numerous dealerships throughout Connecticut. Typically as a Fleet Manager, I only want to work with the Sales Manager because in my experience, they are the only people who know what they're talking about. Not so at Premier Kia! I had the pleasure of dealing with David Thomas, Sales Manager ~ Nathan Glazewski, Senior Sales Consultant and Michael Taylor, Business Manager (Finance). Originally my concern was that the dealership was in Branford, a good 20 miles from my office. I didn't have the time to drive there numerous times, bringing paperwork to them and to make matters more challenging, The van I wanted wasn't readily available on their lot. No worries, Dave said that he could bring one in from another dealer and he did just that! Fortunately these gentlemen are computer literate and much of my communication with them was in e:mails and scanning documents, which made for a smooth closing. They honored the price we negotiated without any scams or misrepresentations. I got the van I wanted, at the price I wanted. Typically leasing vehicles for a corporation are more intense and complicated than simply leasing one for yourself. I was prepared for disorganization, miscommunication and that general sales talk, where the salesman promises everything under the sun and comes through with nothing. It was refreshing to not have had any problems with closing this deal. This dealership has earned my business and respect. More
