There was no exchange of names, no handshake, nothing! We then went to Kia and were greeted by Anthony and Nate with a smile, name exchange and smiles. Nate was very concerned with uncovering what we needed in a car and made custom recommendations based around our wants/needs. We agreed upon a car within about 2 hours and I returned the next morning to sign the paperwork and drive off in our new Kia. Thank you to Carlos for making the financial paperwork a quick and easy process while explaining everything thoroughly. Thank you again Nate and team for delivering a great car buying experience. Brian (internet sales) was responsive without being overbearing which prompted me to stop in and check out the new Sorento. I was looking to replace my older SUV which no longer met my family's needs. I thought for sure I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door. Nathan listened to my objectives and what I was looking for, then showed me several options. He helped me find the best fit without up-selling me or causing me to blow my budget. Will gave me a few finance options to mull over. I returned a few days later and Carlos made sure I found the best fit ($$) for sealing the deal. They were all genuine, attentive and efficient. I am really pleased with my new vehicle and I look forward to continuing doing business with them despite the 45 minute commute. Highly recommend Branford Kia! Special thanks to Nathan & Carlos.
