We were planning on looking at one more dealership but there was no need. With the excellent service, professionalism, honesty and assurance of quality we received from Nathan, we were ready to sign. Before we drove off the lot, Nathan took a lot of time and patience to show us the many features our new Sportage. Everyone we encountered at Kia in Branford was very friendly and helpful. Michael Taylor in finance was also great getting us through all the paperwork. .This was a very different experience from prior car dealerships. We did check out a few other vehicles before we came to Kia and there was no comparison. We are delighted with our purchase. It is without hesitation, we will recommend family and friends to the Kia dealership in Branford. Not to mention what a beautiful place it is. Once again, Kia has won me over :) As my lease was coming to an end (2015 Kia Forte 5), I stopped by the dealership to test drive a Sportage. Nathan, my salesman, who I worked with for As my lease was coming to an end (2015 Kia Forte 5), I stopped by the dealership to test drive a Sportage. Nathan, my salesman, who I worked with for my first lease, was happy to assist. I told him the features I was looking for, and he, along with sales manager Dave made sure that all my needs were met. Their professionalism and hospitality went a long way, and after just 20 minutes, I was ready to sign a new lease for a 2017 Sportage EX. Nate and Dave went out of their way to make sure we settled on a price that worked for me, all while taking the time to walk me through the whole process. I never felt pressured or rushed to sign a new contract. There's something to be said about interacting with sales associates who truly care about making their customers feel at home. I was offered water, coffee, and a snack while I waited. Frank helped to seal the deal and went over each document in a concise manner, while taking re time to get to know me. This dealership excels not only in service, but also in quality. You cannot go wrong with any of the models offered! My new Sportage is luxurious, comfortable, and perfectly suited to a long New England winter. The Apple Play technology is incredible. I love that my texts can be read to me while I'm driving. Nathan stepped in and found a replacement KIA Sportage right away for me and had it ready the day I was leaving for a week in Texas, just in time! He was able to get everything I wanted and needed in my replacement car and in a color that I really liked (though I miss my poor new Blue Spartage :( So he was able to keep my monthly lease payment at what I was paying and the Business/Finance Manager, Mike Taylor was very fast and thorough in getting me through all the necessary paperwork and I was able to get to New York's JFK and make my flight! More

I have a lot of respect for him. He always responds personally to all your concerns. I have had some shortcomings in the past and he has addressed all of them, not always to my liking. He has had several sales managers since I been doing business with him. I can see he wants only top notch people to work for him. One of his top notch sales consultant is Nathan Glazewski. A couple of days ago my wife and I had the pleasure to interact with him. We are in the market to purchase a 2018 Kia Soul +(plus). Exterior colors, interior options, available packages are all so confusing. Thanks to Nathan all my questions were answered. Why can't Premier Kia order the vehicle that I desire? I was able to order my 2016 Toyota Rav4 with all the options I wanted and that came directly from Japan. Why not a Kia Soul directly from Korea? I know Nathan has worked for Mr. Alvine for several years. Look at his reviews on dealer rater. This speaks for itself. All positive comments... Hey Bob, He would make a Great Sales Manager!!! More
