Kia of Branford ROCKS!! When I first stepped foot into this dealership, I was expecting to be greeted by the customary phony smile and bag of magic salesman pitches. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised when Nathan approached my father and I and with a genuine handshake and warm sense of humor. He immediately made us feel at ease. Throughout my entire experience, I was impressed with the way Nathan approached business. He had an uncanny way of knowing the right words to say at the right times. He made my decision to lease a 2015 Forte 5 an easy one. When I went to pick up my new car, I noticed a small imperfection in the paint. Without hesitating, Nathan purchased a paint touch up bottle, reaching into his own wallet to cover the fee. In that moment, I realized that Nathan is more than an ordinary car salesman- he is truly passionate about what he does, and rightfully so! As Nathan helped me to set up my UVO system in the car, he presented me with a Bubblegum tree air freshener- ready to make my new wheels smell DELICIOUS! What an awesome gesture of kindness If you're looking to purchase a Kia, Nathan is the man you want to see! On a secondary note, I absolutely love my new car :) More

PURCHASE EXPERIENCE OF 2006 TOYOTA COROLLA - PREMIER KIA This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Premier Kia of Branford. Overall, my experience was very positive. I was searching for a Used This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle from Premier Kia of Branford. Overall, my experience was very positive. I was searching for a Used Toyota Corolla for my father,who is elderly, and asked me to research and purchase a USED TOYOTA COROLLA. I researched on the internet and out of 61 used Corollas with my specifications, I narrowed it down to 3. My first and only stop was Premier Kia. I contacted Premier via e-mail informing them of my interest in a specific used Corolla that they had for sale. The next morning I received a courteous telephone call from the dealership informing me that the vehicle was available (had not been sold). My wife followed up with the dealership and we arranged to visit the dealership and look at the car that same day (early in the evening). We were scheduled to meet with Nathan Glazewski, Sales Consultant for Premier. My wife and I met with Nathan and test drove and inspected the vehicle. Nathan was most accommodating and extremely courteous to us. We test drove the vehicle on the highway and local roads and afterwards, we inspected the exterior and interior of the body and engine. During this inspection, Nathan was very helpful and let us take our time inspecting the vehicle and pleasantly answered our questions. There was absolutely NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER from Nathan. We felt very relaxed and developed a trust and confidence in Nathan. My wife and I very much like the vehicle and we made an offer. Nathan was gracious when we made the offer and met with sales manager. It did not take too much time to negotiate a fair price. Having been satisfied with the fair price, we decided to purchase the vehicle. Two days later, we went back to the dealership with DAD, the actual owner and driver of the vehicle, and Nathan and the folks at Premier were once again very courteous and pleasant in finalizing all of the paperwork. I have never purchased a vehicle in such a low key - no nonsense and NO PRESSURE environment as Premier KIA. My wife, Dad and I were very impressed with Nathan and the dealership. Nathan is very sincere, honest and an individual whom you could trust. TRUST is paramount with my wife and I when we deal with people whom we are making a major purchase from. You don't find too many folks like Nathan in the automotive industry. My wife and I would also like to extend our thanks and appreciation to Mr. Brian Dubosar, who was the sales manager and ultimately approved our deal with Nathan and Premier KIA. There was one sticking point on the car and it was with the headlights. The lenses were fogged/severely dulled. I told Nathan and Brian that we needed to have this fixed before we finalized a deal. My wife and I strongly believed that not only was this a cosmetic issue, but more importantly a safety issue. Brian agreed to restore the lenses on the headlights at no additional cost. We feel good that Dad is now driving a reliable, well-maintained and safe Toyota Corolla. And, a final thank you goes to Mr. Jason Reis who finalized all of the paperwork for the vehicle. Jason was very courteous, patient and explained things in a slow and easy manner that was easy for us and dad to understand. The question we asked ourselves (wife, dad, and I) would we ever go back to Premier Kia or recommend this dealership to friends to purchase a new or used car and the overall answer is YES!!! MOST DEFINITELY!! On behalf of day, my wife and I we extend our sincere thanks and wish Premier KIA all the best - DON"T CHANGE - KEEP IT GOING YOU HAVE THE RIGHT APPROACH!! More

Exceptional Customer Service and Honesty Is the thought of having to go to a dealership and purchasing a new or used car daunting to you? Do questions like: Is this a reputable and honest dealer? Am I getting taken advantage of? Am I getting a good price? Will I be able to afford payments? Is this car safe for me (and my family)? Is this car going to safely get me around in the rough CT winters? all run through your head? Well they have always ran through mine when thinking of buying a new or used car. My biggest fear: Regret. Fear no more with Premier Kia. Last time I purchased a car was from a dealership (that is now closed) and I felt extremely taken advantage of. It happens, moving forward with that in the back of my head, I wearily had to start looking for a new car after totaling my old car. I'm a single mom that works two jobs and has a hefty student loan payment. I needed a safe, reliable car that I could afford and be an investment that would last me a while. I need to make sure my child and myself get around safely, especially in the up and coming CT winters. I've been recommended KIA of Branford by a coworker a couple of years ago but like I said I've been putting it off due to past experiences. I decided to go, I was promptly greeted and told someone would be right with me. I was the jerk that came around lunch time, lunch breaks are sacred! Nathan was sweet enough to forgo his lunch break and listen to my situation, my concerns with affordability, safety, what I wanted, what I needed and before I knew it we were on the road test driving cars in the lovely town of Branford. Nathan listened attentively, addressed my concerns, never pushy and led me in the direction of the right fit for my family and myself on all levels. After meeting with Nathan, picking out the best car for me, I had to leave and come back later that evening to meet with Jason to go over the scary stuff...money! Jason spent quality time working with me, going over what kind of options were available to me and in my budget. I did have a co-signer, which meant he had to spend more time with us and answering a lot of the same questions twice, which he was happy to do. (All with an 8 year old getting antsy and hopping around his office.) He was so patient, kind and most importantly, honest. I walked out of his office with a very affordable payment, lower than what I had expected and feeling at ease. That huge weight on my shoulders from fear was now lifted. I love my new car but I walked away with faith restored in (the right) car dealerships again. It was such a great experience, having that high level of customer service, the open communication, honesty and walked away relieved and grateful to have a car again on terms I'm happy and comfortable with. Many thanks to Nathan and Jason of Premier Kia for that. You guys are the best! My only regret was not getting up there sooner. More

He walked around the lot with us until we decided on a car we wanted. We test drove the vehicle and it was impressive. We had an upside down trade-in and wanted the best deal we could get. Nathan and Rita Ruhland from Premier Subaru, which is associated with Premier Kia, got us a good deal with an interest rate we could afford. We then returned to the dealership and the power was out due to an accident from a downed power pole, but were still greeted by Nathan on his day off to finish the transaction. The Finance Officer Jason Reis was outstanding in his handling of our purchase of the vehicle as well as gap insurance and an extended warranty. Everyone was professional and the service was great. i would recommend this dealership to anyone. We also had purchased our previous car from this dealership, which is why we returned. More

Outstanding Experience I purchased a 2009 BMW 650 on 08.22.2014. When I found the car online I submitted my info and was immediately contacted by Nathan. I explained to hi I purchased a 2009 BMW 650 on 08.22.2014. When I found the car online I submitted my info and was immediately contacted by Nathan. I explained to him that I lived in PA and asked him to email me pictures of the tires as well as any imperfections. Within 10 minutes of hanging up the phone with Nate I had the pictures I requested. I drove 3 plus hours and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I highly recommend to anyone who is buying a car from this dealership to contact Nathan. He's sincere and professional and will go out of his way to make sure you're satisfied. More

Happy Outcome We purchased a 2010 Ford Ranger on 6/16/14. Everything was fine, the salesman Nathan was great - our only request was the two front tires be changed, which they did. We did notice a lot of weights on one of the new tire rims, but didn't think much of it at the time. We even purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty! Well we actually own a business right up the street from them, and live not to far away as well, so it was awhile before we took the truck on the highway and when we did, the moment you reach 60 - 65mph the wheel shakes A LOT! So last week my husband stopped in to see if they could rebalance it, and they told him to bring the truck in on Tuesday 8/5. They stated that there were a lot of weights on the rim (which was strange to us at that moment because they are the ones that placed them there) and that they added more to the rim because the rim was bent - which is why it's shaking so much. Well now we know that the extra weights were. We waited for a call to see how this would be handled, and I was called today and told that a new rim is already on order for us!! So happy to have someone stand behind their service! More

Great customer service Too often one only hears about poor customer service and complaints. Sometimes, good deeds and outstanding job performance go unnoticed. I would like to take the time to inform you of what I would consider superior customer service. I was in the Premier Kia dealership on Monday July 21 to buy a Kia Sorento for my 17 year old daughter and was greeted by Nate. He was extremely courteous, professional and attentive to my needs and more importantly, listened. A rare combination of skills in my opinion. Job well done !
