Amazing Car Buying Experience As a 20 year U.S. Navy Veteran, I have purchased 6 new vehicles from 5 different dealerships in 3 different states and Premier Kia of Branford is the As a 20 year U.S. Navy Veteran, I have purchased 6 new vehicles from 5 different dealerships in 3 different states and Premier Kia of Branford is the ONLY DEALERSHIP that I DID NOT feel like I was taken advantage of or that they were more interested in how much money they could make from the sale. I drove the 41 miles to Premier Kia vice the 3 miles to our local Kia dealer!! All associates were warm and friendly. Our online sales associate, Kim Seabrook; salesman, Nathan Glazewski; General Manager, Patrick Cosgrove; Finanace Manager, Ken Schmitz; and dealership owner, Robert Alvine all went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we were provided the 2015 Kia Sedona with the colors and features we desired and expected at an exceptional price. Customize your Kia! I arrived to this dealership not sure if I wanted the pre-owned Kia Optima Hybrid I saw on-line, but Nathan immediately welcomed me and listened to I arrived to this dealership not sure if I wanted the pre-owned Kia Optima Hybrid I saw on-line, but Nathan immediately welcomed me and listened to my wishes and concerns with genuine care. We took the Hybrid for a ride, and while I loved the drive itself, I wasn't in love with the interior. "You know we can change this into anything you want?" he remarked. "Leather? sure! Two-tone? Absolutely!" When I realized that I could get exactly the style I wanted, make this used car truly mine, save a bundle of money, and that Nathan was going to bend over backwards to take care of me ("I could even have it done for you tomorrow!)" - I was sold. Kenny too took care of me and gave me a great deal on a warranty. I LOVE driving my snazzy Kia! I look forward to returning to this dealership for service - the employees are full of friendly smiles and very knowledgeable. More

Really wanted to have a good experience again. Ok, this review is a tough one because we really had good luck with them in the past and we really wanted to like them again.. Anyone can make a mista Ok, this review is a tough one because we really had good luck with them in the past and we really wanted to like them again.. Anyone can make a mistake, but how many things can really go wrong with one customer experience. We had bought a used optima from them a few years ago. An all around great experience, great service after sale etc( all service done there ) . That car needed replacing due to an accident, and my wife was dead set on going there again. We had a horrible experience this time around. From the first KIA CPO car they almost sold us not really being CPO (even though it was advertised on their website, marked as such on the windshield and flag AND sold by the salesman as KIA cpo.) I found out on my own just before delivery that it couldn't be due to mileage. When I called to double check I was told again that it was, and only when I asked why we were not offered the CPO interest rate I was told otherwise. We later got an email blaming it on the detailer for marking the car incorrectly on the lot, and the people that put them on the website. They offered to sell us a warranty for $ 1900 to compensate for the error. Thanks!!! Next issue was trying to get the deposit back on that vehicle, despite the fact that the check was deposited the next day and had already cleared our bank the company policy is no refund for 2 weeks even though the check cleared and that it was their misrepresentation of the vehicle that caused the issue to begin with. Next we were contacted by the insurance company that our vehicle that was totaled still had a lien on it even though we purchased it in cash from this dealer without taking any loan. Okay, mistakes can happen, we give them the benefit of the doubt and just ask them to contact Chase to work it out. Kenny says he'll handle it. A week goes by with no word. My wife calls him and with no sense of urgency just keeps saying in quite an annoyed tone " it's in the mail from chase" nothing he can do.. Two more days, no word, my wife finally leaves a message for the owner, and now Kenny finally follows through on it. Chase never mailed it and he would have it overnighted. Got the lien release 2 days later. We get an email apologizing for this and offering us $500 off a new vehicle, but we are looking to purchase a used car, no offer on that for our inconvenience., but whatever, I'm not gonna beg anyone to make things right, they should do that on their own. Tom Bakes was supposed to call us to work things out when he got "back in town". Still waiting on that call...Despite all this my wife felt strong enough about their service dept that when another CPO vehicle came in that was what she was looking for, we made the purchase despite all this mess. I will say that Nate did a good job after he got involved and Patrick Cosgrove was as helpful as he could be with the issues, but most of the others really left me with a bad taste. Not sure what changed between our first purchase a few years ago and now, but it wasn't for the better. More

They allowed us to be in control of the process while providing helpful guidance and input based on what we were looking for in a respectful way. I felt like they listened and didn't try to mislead or give any false information just to get the sale. Everything was fully explained including prices, financing, and warrantee options. The staff really worked together to provide an exceptional car buying experience. I highly recommend Premier Kia of Branford and will definitely be buying future cars from there. More

Worth the Train Journey to my Soul !! After talking to my insurance company, they gave me a list of certified dealers and I spoke to Brian at Premier Kia and got a good feel for the car I After talking to my insurance company, they gave me a list of certified dealers and I spoke to Brian at Premier Kia and got a good feel for the car I was looking for and the dealership. We decided the best way to acquire the car would be to take the trainS (yes plural). Starting from Toms River, NJ, I drove to Long Branch and got the Train to NY Penn, then took the subway train to Grand Central, at that time we walked to find the connection to the Metro North Train. After arriving at New Haven, Nathan picked us up at the train station with My Soul car. We were greeted with friendliness and tea at the dealership. After having questions about the back tires, Mike the mechanic eased our concerns. The staff answered many questions, completed the paperwork and we were on our way back to NJ (but not my train) . Thank you, we are enjoying My Soul. More

I made the trip up from the city and was met right away by Nathan at the door. Very straight forward experience. Told Nathan what I was there for, he showed me the exact vehicle I was looking for, took down some information and we were taking a test ride within minutes. He was never pushy or giving us a sales pitch. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I got what I wanted. He was personable and relaxed, very funny too. Nathan hooked me up with their finance guy who was a breeze to work with. Whole thing didn't take more than two days in total time spent. They took care of all the paperwork without a fuss. They even went out of their way to help me out in the city. With one phone call from me these guys worked quickly to send me help all the way in the city and saved me a few days of bureaucratic torture. They were accommodating, kind, and gracious. I'm very thankful that I brought my business to Nathan. When the time comes I will definitely be returning for our next car. More

My brother recommended me to this dealership saying that they are the most straight forward people he has ever worked with. I took his advice and I'm glad that I did. When I walked in with a list of cars I wanted to look at Nathan was there to help me. He was genuine, funny, and most importantly STRAIGHT FORWARD. There was no sale gimmicks or tricks I told him what I wanted we looked around, talked about what was most important to me and found the perfect car for me. Nathan understood that I needed to move the process along as quickly as I could, but he still took the time to make sure I was making the right choice. Brain and Bob also worked to give me the best deal they could and get me back on the road as soon as possible. When I thought it couldn't get any better I met Jason who went above and beyond the call of duty working with the bank to get me the exact payment plan I wanted. He even went as far as sending Luigi out to meet me at my work to sign some paperwork because they knew how busy I was. Both Luigi and Jason were awesome and I can't thank them enough for helping me. Overall my experience was awesome. Everyone at Premier Kia was helpful. They all worked together as a team to help me and just went above and beyond in every fashion of the way. I will not be buying cars from anywhere else because I don't think anyone can beat the team here. More
