I went back to this dealership because I had no choice it was for a situation that emanated back to the original delivery of this new Mercedes that now has only 2000 mi on it. The front tires on the outer ed was for a situation that emanated back to the original delivery of this new Mercedes that now has only 2000 mi on it. The front tires on the outer edge are feathering and wearing. I was greeted by Pratik the service advisor who was as always a perfect gentleman in every way. They checked the alignment and it was virtually perfect with one small deviation. Also, no suspension parts were broken or worn. As a result they did not know what was causing the problem except maybe defective tires. Pratik was uncertain how to go about getting the tires replaced so I asked the service manager Nathan the procedure. He immediately unloaded on me in a threatening manner saying What are you going to do give me a zero instead of a one – I asked him what he was talking about and he said I read your Google review twice as it came across my desk this morning. He was referring to a 7-26-25 review I did which did not even involve him. He went on to say – what are you even doing coming in here for service after that review. After that review I am not doing anything for you. Three times he said if you go to a restaurant and give them a bad review then you don’t turn around and ask them for a free meal. I said this car cost thousands of dollars and has a 4 year warranty and I am not asking for anything for free but asking that defective tires be replaced. He repeated that he was not helping me with anything and he can’t believe that I come in for service and walk around like I own the place. His tone continued to get more and more full of anger and agitation. He said big deal that you spent thousands that means nothing to me. Since I was in his place of business I thought the better of it and walked away. I have never once said anything untoward to anyone at this dealership – all I did was spend thousands of dollars on a car and can you believe this is the way I am treated ? I must live in an alternate Universe because I can not believe this is happening. I would like to have this dealership buy the car back at full retail so I can replace it elsewhere. I would give this car dealer 0 stars and advise anybody to stay away. More

While driving on Route 1 , Lynnfield, my car engine quickly had a reaction and shut down. I was able to continue driving with “a bump” and 5 foot slide which continued until I attained a parking lot. I quickly had a reaction and shut down. I was able to continue driving with “a bump” and 5 foot slide which continued until I attained a parking lot. I stopped and called Nathan at Flagship Motorcars. Nathan called back quickly and arranged a truck to come and pick up my car and drive me to the dealership. He quickly gave his opinion but said it had to be confirmed. While being confirmed he arranged an Uber to drive md home with the confirmation he would confirm a fix to the problem as quickly as possible. A day and a half later he called to advise the problem is confirmed for fixing and an Uber would pick me up. I arrived at the dealership, Nathan confirmed the problems, the work eas done, I paid the price and returned home. More
