Fantastic service! I was expecting my car to be in there for 4 to 5 days and they turned it around the next day. Plus they gave it a beautiful wash. Looks brand new. Horrible service experience ! Got treated with no respect and denied service, because of personal reasons i believe, from the service director MICHAEL HANNAFIN! He is a very rude person! I dont know what he has against me personally! Made me very uncomfortable and not welcome! I have bought more than 6 cars at this dealership and referred dozens of people there, not once he made me feel welcomed! Rude rude person! More
