I brought my 2014 Sierra in because the navigation system was not working.. I explained to the service agent that there was a service bulletin for the 2015-2017 Sierra’s with the same issue. After about 2. was not working.. I explained to the service agent that there was a service bulletin for the 2015-2017 Sierra’s with the same issue. After about 2.5 hours he came and got me and said the issue must be with the navigation software, because they found no codes indicating a problem…. Frustrating!!! Charged my $130 and sent me in my way having accomplished nothing.. Took my truck to Sommers GMC.. they gave me a loaner car and within an hour they had diagnosed the issue as the anttena…. Exactly as you explained the to the service agent at Heiser.. and there was no charge because it was covered by my warranty… I am NEVER coming back to Heiser and I am steering everyone I know away from them. More
