Nathan Heimerl in service is always very pleasant polite and very upbeat! Had an appointment with my car in the am and later that afternoon I was having issues, so I called Nathan! I told him the problem... and very upbeat! Had an appointment with my car in the am and later that afternoon I was having issues, so I called Nathan! I told him the problem... he said yes bring your car in right away and we will look at it! Took a couple hours but I was please the service and I always have a washed car when I leave!!! Ugh...except the last time, 18 defreeze out! More

They got me in within days, at a good time for me. I stayed there in a comfortable room (missed the coffee because of COVID,) and they were done with the oil change and rotation of tires in record time stayed there in a comfortable room (missed the coffee because of COVID,) and they were done with the oil change and rotation of tires in record time. Very pleased with prompt service, courtesy shuttle and extended warranty coverage. Diagnostics were done within an hour while I waited as promised.
