Great work, great prices, very helpful staff We've bought two vehicles from Heiser Chevrolet Cadillac in the past 6 years and have all service done there. Their work has always been great and we find their prices to be very competitive. Their staff does everything they can to make you happy, and we appreciate the great service and convenient hours. Great service , highly recommend having your car serviced here. I had a recall for my head lamps and they replaced them in about 2 hours. Cadillac made you pay fo , highly recommend having your car serviced here. I had a recall for my head lamps and they replaced them in about 2 hours. Cadillac made you pay for them up front but will reimburse that money to me. Everyone seemed friendly and the head lamps look great. More

Disappointment with Chevy Silverado Cam shaft and lifters were knocking at 36,500 miles on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Now motor has been torn down and replaced these parts. I've only dri Cam shaft and lifters were knocking at 36,500 miles on my 2017 Chevy Silverado. Now motor has been torn down and replaced these parts. I've only driven 15 miles so far, but it seems quiet. Dealership got it handled quickly and gave us a loaner vehicle. Looking to trade up to a 2020 if the trade in price would be better. More
