We started our car search at Wellesley Toyota because we have been doing business with them since we bought our 2006 Camry, and our experience has been good. We'd looked online at what was available, and Nathan made it possible for us to look at the ones on our list and to test drive the Rav4 once we'd narrowed our search. He was able to answer all our questions and explain all the steps needed to purchase the car and transfer our existing registration. We really enjoyed working with Nathan. So after two somewhat frustrating experiences trying to locate a Corolla for my wife I stopped by Wellesley Toyota. I was not in the mood to deal with a salesperson who was dismissive or disingenuous, so locate a Corolla for my wife I stopped by Wellesley Toyota. I was not in the mood to deal with a salesperson who was dismissive or disingenuous, so I walked in with a very cynical attitude. Fortunately, I had the privilege of working with Nathan. He took the time to understand what we were looking for and what our budget was. He walked through their inventory twice, before finding a car that meet our needs. He was transparent with the negotiations and he was able to fit the lease deal within our budget. Because of her schedule, my wife was not able to be there at the same time as I was. When she arrived, Nathan made sure he met her at the door, he was very welcoming and wanted to make sure she was comfortable with the car/decision..
