We also met with Nathan’s Dad, Nick Makrakis, when Nathan was with another customer. Nick was also very helpful as he showed us a vehicle similar to what we wanted. I bought and dealt with many car salesmen in my 64 years life span and I must say I would only buy from Nathan. Regarding the facility, it is very nice and massive plus lots of inventory. It is a little hard to get to it but Google map will take care of that for you. I bought the 2021 GX-460 Luxury. I always wanted one for as long as I can remember. The vehicle is a true representation of Lexus reputation - very quiet, comfortable and good four wheel drive system. I wish it has updated its technology system and a few other details. At $70K price point, it lacks of a lot of several modern technology that you can get from a much cheaper vehicles in the market today. I do not want to list them out here but you all, if interest, can just YouTube it. I am very very dsappointed with the purchase and wish that I had done a much better research before I spent $70k for this vehicle that took me back to the mid-2000 technology, ie infortainment technology is dinosaur, 8” touch screen is like looking from the bottom of a glass, etc etc However, I would never want to change my experience with Nathan. He’s the best in the industry and a lot of car sales professional could learn from this young gentleman who is only been in the business for a little over a month. More
