I wasn’t even able to speak with a manager even after making an appointment, the manager had the salesman call me to cancel the appointment and only deal with the salesman. We had already spoken with the salesman who could not answer our questions that’s why I wanted to speak with a manager. It was such a bad experience that I just purchased my lease instead of buying a new vehicle or getting another lease just so I didn’t have to deal with this dealership anymore. Can’t say that I will be back. It’s so sad to write this since I have been a very loyal customer for many years. I do apologize for the negative review but this was my experience. More
