Title: Very Disappointed With My Experience at Bill Dickason I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Bill Dickason. I purchased my Jeep from the dealership in June 2026, and unfortunately, Dickason I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Bill Dickason. I purchased my Jeep from the dealership in June 2026, and unfortunately, I started having problems with it almost immediately after leaving the dealership. Since then, I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues, a lengthy repair process, and a frustrating lack of communication. My Jeep has been at the dealership for an extended period of time, and I’ve had to repeatedly reach out just to get basic information about what is happening with my vehicle. I’ve sent multiple emails trying to get updates and trying to speak directly with the General Manager, but getting clear answers and communication has been a major struggle. There have been several times when I was promised a call back, only to never receive one. I shouldn’t have to constantly chase the dealership for information about a vehicle I just purchased. I do want to give credit where it’s due: I appreciate Bill Dickason allowing me to use the loaner vehicles while my Jeep has been there. That has been helpful, and I’m genuinely thankful for that part of the experience. However, the loaner vehicles don’t make up for the lack of communication and the amount of time I’ve spent trying to get answers. I purchased this Jeep expecting to have a reliable vehicle, not to spend months dealing with repair issues and trying to get someone to communicate with me. I hope management takes this review seriously. I would still like the opportunity to speak directly with the GM and work toward a reasonable solution to this situation. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. I expected much better customer service from a dealership where I purchased a vehicle, and unfortunately, based on how this situation has been handled, I cannot recommend Bill Dickason. More

Gave me fair warning that it was going to take some time to get the parts needed. Gave me an estimate upfront and it actually more than the final price. Nathan saved me money. I was pleased and will continue to use them to service my truck. More

The dealership did not disclose information regarding the faulty engine on the vehicle we purchased. The vehicle could not safely drive and the dealership did not service the vehicle. When brought to the dealerships attention, they refused to speak with us and failed to provide care to the vehicle or supplement us another vehicle for the inconvenience, even though it was 48 hours after the initial purchase. I had an appointment to bring my vehicle in to have a transmission issue diagnosed. I dropped it off at 8am and still had not heard anything by 4:30 that afternoon. I called to check on it only to find o transmission issue diagnosed. I dropped it off at 8am and still had not heard anything by 4:30 that afternoon. I called to check on it only to find out they had not even looked at it. Had I waited a little later to call, they would have been closed and I would not have had my vehicle to get back and forth to work the following week. I made another appointment for the next week. I show up again at 8 am to find out that they won’t be able to look at then either! Apparently there is only one person that works on transmissions and he was working on another vehicle. I wasn’t dropping it off to be fixed, just to be diagnosed… I understand they are busy but how about the service advisor giving the customer a courtesy call and let them they won’t be able to get to their vehicle? I wasted two trips from out of town because I had always heard good things about this dealership and then had to turn right back around and drive home. I won’t be back. More

I cannot in good faith recommend Bill Dickason Chevrolet. In September 2025, I brought my truck in to have the brake control module and pump replaced and reprogrammed. When I got it back, several parts in th In September 2025, I brought my truck in to have the brake control module and pump replaced and reprogrammed. When I got it back, several parts in the engine compartment had not been reattached, and despite the work being done on the brake system, the brake fluid was over a quarter low. Almost immediately I noticed braking problems. On further inspection, there was a serious leak at the brake control module and at the point where one of the brake lines attaches to it. I returned the truck recently to have the module and the leaking line repaired under warranty. The dealership attempted the repair, but I was without my truck for over a month and received very little communication from the service department about what was being repaired, what parts were being replaced, or why. My calls and messages went unanswered, and I had to drive to the dealership in person on more than one occasion just to find out what was happening. When I did, I discovered they had completely disconnected the cab from the truck to replace a brake line. They told me more than once they could not source a factory replacement line for the truck, so they fabricated one in house. When I finally got the truck back, every visible bend in that homemade line was crimped. The problems did not end there. Trim pieces are still missing and have not been located. There are multiple deep scratches on both front fenders, in the exact same spot on each side, where it appears the cab was misaligned while being lowered back onto the frame and the bumper gouged the paint. The emergency brake cable was not properly tensioned and the emergency brakes were locked up. The air conditioner did not work when the truck was returned (resulting in me having to wait at the dealership for several hours while I made them address that issue), and the windshield washer fluid reservoir was completely dry — which tells me every one of these systems had to be disconnected when they removed the cab to replace a single brake line they damaged in the first place. Between the failure to communicate, the failure to perform repairs in a workmanlike manner, and the additional damage to the paint, bodywork, and missing trim on my truck, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. I am now going to have spend a substantial amount of money to replace the non-conforming crimped brake line the dealership manufactured and installed, have the paint repaired on my fenders, and locate replacement trim for the retractable side steps that they lost.
