Great car buying experience! My wife and I visited Bob Baker Subaru after deciding on buying used car the night before (from CarMax) but we did have an appointment to look at the My wife and I visited Bob Baker Subaru after deciding on buying used car the night before (from CarMax) but we did have an appointment to look at the Subaru so we held off our purchase and kept our appointment. We are very pleased we did. We met our sales consultant, Christy Vogel, and told her we were interested in the Subaru Forester, which is what we in mind when we came to Bob Baker. After looking at the Forester, we realized this was not really what we were looking for after all. Christy was great. She was not pushy but conversational, dare I say, consultative. She asked us what we wanted the car for, how we intended to use the car, and our answers were still not really clear to us. However, she suggested the Subaru Crosstrek. We looked at it, drove one, then drove a used VW (still not sure what were really needed (wanted)) and then we drove another new Crosstrek - with the options she heard us say we liked in the used car. This WAS/IS the car. We bought the car, got a really fair price, and the rest of the car buying experience was great. We are very impressed with how we were treated after the purchase, including the service Bob Baker offers after we bought the car. While we did paperwork, Christy had the car cleaned, filled the tank with gas, then showed us around the service areas. THEN she hooked up our phones to the car for us and went over all of the electronics. It is obvious to me that they are interested in creating customers for life, not just selling us a car. I highly recommend Bob Baker Subaru. More
