The Sales Person Makes the Deal My sales person, Tom Himsworth, was the reason I purchased an Audi. I was in the market for an SUV but was not committed to any Make/Model. Tom was My sales person, Tom Himsworth, was the reason I purchased an Audi. I was in the market for an SUV but was not committed to any Make/Model. Tom was so helpful and informative that I felt comfortable I would be taken care of at Audi Devon and that Tom would be there even after I purchased the Q5. As a matter of fact he was, Two days after I got the car I had to call him to find out how to find the defroster and how to turn on the back windshield wiper. And, as he promised, he was there to help. Nathan also was very clear and concise while we were doing all the paperwork when I picked up the car. I don't replace my cars often so Audi Devon will not have to be happy to have me as a service customer but I will definitely recommend Tom and Audi Devon to anyone I know that is looking for a car. More

Jeff Haddad was our Audi Brand Specialist and he made the purchasing process a pleasure. Jeff's professionalism is only surpassed with his knowledge and expertise. Jeff's calm demeanor made us feel very comfortable doing business with him and Audi of Devon. He has earned our loyalty and we wish this young man much success. But I must also applaud the service department at Audi of Devon. A brake issue developed with our 2014 A6. The brakes needed new linings and rotors. Technically that repair was not covered by warranty but between Jeff and the service manager, Joe Krantz, it was decided that it was something that was not my fault and the dealership covered the total cost of the repair.
