Nathan joined our sales team in 2012. Nathan is also a huge sports fan. One of his most fond memories is watching the Boston Red Sox come from three games down in the 2004 ALCS and later win the World Series finally reversing the curse. A little known fact, Nathan was scouted in high school and invited to an open try out with the Tampa Bay Rays. Nathan is a proud husband and father and it shows. Terrific experience I had been to three different dealerships prior to meeting with Junior at Cityside. Prior to my appointment, I had informed Junior about what I was l I had been to three different dealerships prior to meeting with Junior at Cityside. Prior to my appointment, I had informed Junior about what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. I also told him I was looking to trade in my current vehicle. He was prepared for the appointment and had several vehicles for me to look at. None were above the price I was looking to spend. While I looked at the different vehicles, he had my vehicle appraised. At no time was there any pressure to buy. The whole experience was unlike anything I had experienced with a car dealership in the past. I purchased the vehicles and it was registered and inspected in no time. My great experience with Cityside continued with finance and Mike Nelson who was non nonsense and was not pushy. I recommend them highly. More

Simple, Straightforward, Friendly Junior was very straightforward and honest. I didn't feel like he had any agenda except to make sure I had the best experience possible. After visiting some other dealerships, this was a breath of fresh air. He was sure to take time to explain everything regarding the vehicle I had chosen. He didn't try and push one model over the other and didn't pressure me into the up-sell. He laid out my options, but at the end of the day he heard what I wanted and delivered. I ended up getting an incredible deal. Junior is friendly and awesome. I really recommend you go see him! As far as my finance rep, John Melvin: great guy, no nonsense. He gave me time to read over all my documents and there was absolutely no pressure to rush the process along. He explained my warranty options and made me feel like it was MY choice. Overall a great experience! More

When we wanted to take a day to check for competitor prices, Junior gave us a brochure and his business card, promising he could get us the car we wanted for a price that would work for us. We did a lot of research the next day, verifying the value of the car we wanted with all the accessories, and what most people were paying. We called Junior and made an offer - just under what the average person paid for that model with the specific accessories we wanted. Junior called us back a few minutes later and we agreed on a fair price. We definitely got a great deal. Junior made us feel appreciated as customers, and we were very happy with the entire experience. This is how buying a car should be! We recommend Cityside Subaru to anyone looking for a new car. More
