What really inspired me to write this review was the closing. A few days before the closing our 1 year old came down with a double ear infection. The team at CitySide helped us get all the paperwork and final negotiations done over email to so we could walk in and finalize the deal as quickly as possible to make the experience easier on our family. The experience was quite a low pressure one, and Junior was quite happy to answer my questions when I had them and would refer me to other material if he didn't know. He let me test drive twice, and both times, it was quite close to closing time and the man didn't fret or make me feel rushed. Last but not the least, even though Junior was on vacation the week after my interaction with him, he took my calls and answered my questions. What a thorough professional! Two thumbs up!
