He made the process simple, clear, and quick. When our Subaru was totaled in an accident 5 months later, we went right back to Cityside and Junior. I spent a couple of days reviewing cars, test driving them and talking about them at Cityside Subaru and I must say I am very pleasantly surprised. The experience was quite a low pressure one, and Junior was quite happy to answer my questions when I had them and would refer me to other material if he didn't know. He let me test drive twice, and both times, it was quite close to closing time and the man didn't fret or make me feel rushed. Last but not the least, even though Junior was on vacation the week after my interaction with him, he took my calls and answered my questions. What a thorough professional! Two thumbs up! Highly recommended! More

He's a first-class sales associate in every respect--personable, knowledgeable, efficient, straightforward and actually fun to work with (a minor miracle in any car buying process!). The negotiation was smooth and effortless as Junior ably shepherded the deal through to quickly arrive at a price that worked for everyone. The final price was fair (the middle bid of three) and made even more so because, unlike the other dealers, Junior was able to deliver the car in under 72 hours! At delivery, even though things were hectic at the dealership, Junior cheerfully took the time to give me the grand tour of the new car. (And, to make things even better, John Melvin was equally fun to work with on the paperwork, carefully laying out various after sale options--extended warranty, etc.--with good humor and no smoke & mirrors or pressure.) I'll probably be in the market for a new Legacy this summer and will definitely start with Junior. Well done! More

My next stop ended with me in tears in a horrible pressure cooker of misogyny at a different Subaru dealership that shall not be named. I decided to give up!!! Every now and then I would get a friendly e-mail from Junior about the cars they had on the lot. I came back to him this year, knowing which car I wanted. They were friendly, helpful and fast. We test drove the cars we wanted right away, without an appointment. I never felt pressured to buy. They gave us an honest deal and spruced up our model with leather seats. When there was an issue with the leather, we got a complimentary rental car and the repair was finished in a day and half! The finance process was not as easy, but is it ever? We were still happy with the results. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed working with Junior and the dealership. I LOVE MY NEW CAR. And would recommend this place to anyone! More
