The last time I had my oil changed, technician did not secure the drain plug and created a slow leak that absorbed into the engine shield and "eventually" dripped slowly wherever I parked , including spot secure the drain plug and created a slow leak that absorbed into the engine shield and "eventually" dripped slowly wherever I parked , including spots on my driveway. I had an independent technician, with me witnessing, take off the shield, which is full of oil, and show me the plug not even finger-tightened. There was oil splattered all around the drain plug, and a quart low on the dip stick. More

I had normal service done and the Cabin filter was changed. The glove compartment wasn't installed right. The damper was not installed and only the cap of it was attached to the compartment. Easy to s changed. The glove compartment wasn't installed right. The damper was not installed and only the cap of it was attached to the compartment. Easy to spot!! The compartment was totally crooked. The main damper part fell inside big plastic part. The service person gave me his card and said call me if something is wrong. Yah right!! I called and left a massage but never got a return call. I ended up fixing it myself. Very disappointing. More

Nathaniel was very helpful to me. He explained my issue and cared that my vehicle was dangerous to drive. Also made sure I had a loaner while my vehicle was being serviced.
