I would love to give this dealership 5 stars. However, due to absolutely terrible customer service, 1 star. I'm active duty military and needed to register my car in Florida. I purchased my 2019 VW Tiguan in Oct 2019. It's now March 2020 and the car STILL ISN'T REGISTERED!?!? This process should take at most, a month. But, due to the inefficiency, lack of communication, and lack of care from the staff, I've just been issued temp tag after temp tag. This is the second car I've purchased from the mileone auto group but will likely be the last due to the poor customer service provided to active duty military by the staff here. Im so disappointed as the initial service was great but it has gone as far downhill as possible. I just want them to do their job. Perhaps then, I can give them a better rating. More

I felt my salesman to be very warm and receptive to my visit it was very professional with his assistance I like the fact that he allowed me to head the prophecy to utilize the computer of the sales offic visit it was very professional with his assistance I like the fact that he allowed me to head the prophecy to utilize the computer of the sales office and I like the fact that he took his time walk me through the car that I was purchasing as we all know that if you could good customer service the word of mouth is much better than the ad commercials that you see on TV More

Naz and Steve welcomed me to the VW family!! Naz was a very helpful and attentive sales associate. He took extra time to explain to me all the latest features of the car I was buying and how to u Naz was a very helpful and attentive sales associate. He took extra time to explain to me all the latest features of the car I was buying and how to use them. He even helped me take everything out of my trade-in vehicle and put into my new car. He also made sure to give me a snack when I was getting tired and hungry :)lol Also, Steve (The manager) worked out a WONDERFUL deal for me that I felt comfortable with. I really feel like I was well taken care of by the entire team at VW. I will certainly enjoy my new 2020 VW Tiguan thanks to their efforts!! More
