Neal Bauer Sales Manager I have been at Pacifico Ford since April 2010. During my tenure here at Pacifico, I have been a Sales Manager besides being a Sales Associate. I LOVE the fact that I can make people happy by getting them the best deal on the best car that fits their individual lifestyle. Before I was in the Car Industry I had a career in the Restaurant Industry with my last assignment being the General Manager of The Spaghetti Warehouse where I worked for 18 years.

Ford's are selling themselves I came into the ford dealership for a specific car. When I was shopping around the internet and looking for my dream car I was pleasantly surprised wh I came into the ford dealership for a specific car. When I was shopping around the internet and looking for my dream car I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it at Pacifico. 4.5 years ago I purchased my F150 from them and got a great price and great financing rate. I also go there for my service, inspections, oil changes, etc. I made an appointment to test drive the car and they were really nice allowing me to pick the time and date. Once I came in the GT 350 sold itself. Hands down one of the nicest sports car's made! Update 19 days after sale: I was told they'd get me the lowest interest rate they could, I trusted them. Two weeks later I get my loan paperwork in the mail and BOA is already suggesting I re-finance the loan at almost 2 whole % points lower... Finding out the dealer added those points on my interest rate really makes me feel taken advantaged of. I'm extremely disappointed in them and feel they pulled a fast one ripping me off on over $3,000 over the life of the loan. Buyers beware and get financing secured before buying a car through them. More
