Neal Bauer Sales Manager I have been at Pacifico Ford since April 2010. During my tenure here at Pacifico, I have been a Sales Manager besides being a Sales Associate. I LOVE the fact that I can make people happy by getting them the best deal on the best car that fits their individual lifestyle. Before I was in the Car Industry I had a career in the Restaurant Industry with my last assignment being the General Manager of The Spaghetti Warehouse where I worked for 18 years.

Awesomeness I only buy my cars from Neal. Right off the bat I could tell he was a genuine good person and not the typical salesman. He listens to your wants and n I only buy my cars from Neal. Right off the bat I could tell he was a genuine good person and not the typical salesman. He listens to your wants and needs and he never stops trying. He really goes above and beyond. I recommend him to everyone I know. The dealership itself was amazing as well. I had my 5 year old son with me and they were so sweet to him. He’s definitely not the calmest of boys but the whole staff stopped to chat and play with him. It was truly a great experience. More

Awesome Leasing Experience I have been going to Pacifico for awhile now and have been with my sales specialist, Neal Bauer, for many years. I have even referred people to Neal. I have been going to Pacifico for awhile now and have been with my sales specialist, Neal Bauer, for many years. I have even referred people to Neal. He goes above and beyond any sales specialist I have experienced in the past, and I really shopped around before I finally found Neal and Pacifico. He has learned my preferences and predicts my needs and questions. He is also very patient and explains everything in detail to me, and I have a lot of questions! I feel like he really takes care of me as a customer and I know I can always contact him whenever I have any questions or problems. Neal is also very straightforward, so I don't need to haggle with him because he just gives me the best he can offer. Finally, I like doing a lot of things digitally and over the phone so I don't have to go into the car dealership and wait, so Neal was able to prepare everything for me when I walked in and just sign some paperwork and pick up my car.
