Friendly and not pushy I came in looking for a used car and I was approached my Tom (not knowing his name at the time) but I thought he was funny and had a personality. The car I was looking for was a 2012 Focus HB but they didnt have however he somehow got me into a new car and I couldn't be happier. I almost didnt go though with the purchase as my intentions were to buy a used car and save money. I was later approached by Neal who broke down the pricing and savings, Tom didnt flood me with false information and a pushy sales script. If that had happened I might not be in the car that I am now. The dealership overall is great, at least at first glance. The show room is clean, the bathrooms were spotless and there is a lounge area with a big screen TV where customers sit while their car is getting serviced. if you come on a weekend there will most likely be a box of Philly pretzel waiting to be devoured. Anyway, Thanks for the vehicle Tom !!!! More

Well worth the trip. I am a car enthusiast, and back in 2012 I was searching for a Boss 302 Mustang. You know, wether it's I can't promise you're going to get this car, I have so many people on a waiting list already and so on.Well, I found one at Pacifico and called them. I live on Long Island and Pacifico is 125 miles away.I spoke with Mike Henkin, and he was straight forward, answered all questions I had. Mike sent me to a finance person that also was great to talk to. Done deal. I had the car I wanted with zero B.S. It took about 20 minutes. I have purchased many cars in my life and this was the best experience I've had doing so. Ok, Ford is finally getting ready to open the books on the 2016 Shelby GT 350. I pick up the phone, call Mike, and in no time flat, I have the Shelby. No games No B.S. Great people, Great Place. 250 mile round trip. Well worth it! More

Mike Henkin in sales HELP ME so much I did not know they made men like him. I looove this salesman. He worked with me, he payed off my car inspection bill. Oh I was so happy!!! Neal Bauer he helped me to get the color I wanted. He called two car dealers found my color. I looove this salesman also. I guess u can say I am a very happy women because of these two salesmen.
