I was interested in the F-150's, I stopped into Pacifico Ford after getting my old car inspected down the street (not a Ford vehicle). Walked in and met with Chris Watson, told him what I was looking for in a F-150 went for a test drive in 2 differently equipped models (wasn't sure on the engine I wanted). No pressure from Chris on "what I should get". Nice test drives. Figured out on what I wanted and color. Unfortunately Pacifico didn't have the color I wanted on their lot. Not a problem for Chris! Chris called me that night said he found one we went over what it had, emailed me the window sticker saw the options, told him I'm good with that, "Great! I can get it here tomorrow.", was his reponse, and it was on Pacifico's lot the next day, I stopped in took it for a quick test drive (I had work). Liked the truck and picked it up on Monday. Chris Watson, I can say is a no pressure salesman, easy going, Ive dealt with pressure salesman tactics before and it cost them a sale. Chris made the experience of buying my new F-150 great, easy and conformable. I would Recommend him to anyone coming to Pacifico Ford!. More

First time car buyer I walked into Pacifico Ford with my best friend ready to play good cop/bad cop, thinking I was going to be tricked into a bad deal on a truck I would I walked into Pacifico Ford with my best friend ready to play good cop/bad cop, thinking I was going to be tricked into a bad deal on a truck I would regret. But my experience was the complete opposite! The guys at Pacifico Ford were friendly, honest, not pushy and totally put me at ease. My salesperson, Carlos, took the time to help me find what I wanted, then helped me figure out how I can mesh what I wanted with what I could afford. He and his managers worked with me to lower the price when I gave them my ideal range. (I had caviar dreams but a sardine budget!) They found me my dream truck and I've been enjoying my commutes ever since. More

The I came in looking for a used car and I was approached my Tom (not knowing his name at the time) but I thought he was funny and had a personality. The car I was looking for was a 2012 Focus HB but they didnt have however he somehow got me into a new car and I couldn't be happier. I almost didnt go though with the purchase as my intentions were to buy a used car and save money. I was later approached by Neal who broke down the pricing and savings, Tom didnt flood me with false information and a pushy sales script. If that had happened I might not be in the car that I am now. The dealership overall is great, at least at first glance. The show room is clean, the bathrooms were spotless and there is a lounge area with a big screen TV where customers sit while their car is getting serviced. if you come on a weekend there will most likely be a box of Philly pretzel waiting to be devoured. Anyway, Thanks for the vehicle Tom !!!! More

A very limited edition car and during my search several dealers that actually had a car coming were playing The Game. You know, wether it's I can't promise you're going to get this car, I have so many people on a waiting list already and so on.Well, I found one at Pacifico and called them. I live on Long Island and Pacifico is 125 miles away.I spoke with Mike Henkin, and he was straight forward, answered all questions I had. Mike sent me to a finance person that also was great to talk to. Done deal. I had the car I wanted with zero B.S. It took about 20 minutes. I have purchased many cars in my life and this was the best experience I've had doing so. Ok, Ford is finally getting ready to open the books on the 2016 Shelby GT 350. I pick up the phone, call Mike, and in no time flat, I have the Shelby. No games No B.S. Great people, Great Place. 250 mile round trip. Well worth it! More
