While waiting during the inspection of my 2013 Fusion, I met Rocky De Gregorio. I asked if the new consol design on the 2017 could make it easier to enter / exit the car (without having to move the steering column, seat etc each time.) He invited me to try it. What an improvement!!! Then things just felt right and I really trusted Rocky from the get go. He was NOT simply trying to sell me a car on the lot. He wanted to put me in a car suited for MY needs and within MY budget. I love MY car, 2017 Fusion Energi., I am so thankful for having Rocky D as MY salesman. Understanding MY condition and its medicines, Rocky even got dinner delivered to the dealership for me to be safer driving home. Between the video tutorials, demonstrations, and hands-on training, I can operate the technology features of MY car better than my phone. I was given several lessons by Rocky and Neal was very helpful with the initial set up of Ford Pass app to the phone. P.S. I am a loyal FORD driver. I have had a used car and new ones from Pacifico AutoMall! Ladies... You do not need to bring a guy with you to make the business deal, if you shop Pacifico AutoMall. Every car I have purchased was a great vehicle and never had any major problems of any kind. If I had a slight issue it was always taken care of to or beyond my expectations. My recent purchase was no different Tom, Neal, Jorge and Bert were professional, quick and fair. I phoned ahead and when I arrived I was sitting behind the wheel of my new car within minutes. Walked in and met with Chris Watson, told him what I was looking for in a F-150 went for a test drive in 2 differently equipped models (wasn't sure on the engine I wanted). No pressure from Chris on "what I should get". Nice test drives. Figured out on what I wanted and color. Unfortunately Pacifico didn't have the color I wanted on their lot. Not a problem for Chris! Chris called me that night said he found one we went over what it had, emailed me the window sticker saw the options, told him I'm good with that, "Great! I can get it here tomorrow.", was his reponse, and it was on Pacifico's lot the next day, I stopped in took it for a quick test drive (I had work). Liked the truck and picked it up on Monday. Chris Watson, I can say is a no pressure salesman, easy going, Ive dealt with pressure salesman tactics before and it cost them a sale. Chris made the experience of buying my new F-150 great, easy and conformable. I would Recommend him to anyone coming to Pacifico Ford!. More

But my experience was the complete opposite! The guys at Pacifico Ford were friendly, honest, not pushy and totally put me at ease. My salesperson, Carlos, took the time to help me find what I wanted, then helped me figure out how I can mesh what I wanted with what I could afford. He and his managers worked with me to lower the price when I gave them my ideal range. (I had caviar dreams but a sardine budget!) They found me my dream truck and I've been enjoying my commutes ever since. More
