Pacifico Rocks! Being new to using a walker is a big adjustment. Pulling it across me in the driver's seat was certainly challenging. While waiting during the inspe Being new to using a walker is a big adjustment. Pulling it across me in the driver's seat was certainly challenging. While waiting during the inspection of my 2013 Fusion, I met Rocky De Gregorio. I asked if the new consol design on the 2017 could make it easier to enter / exit the car (without having to move the steering column, seat etc each time.) He invited me to try it. What an improvement!!! Then things just felt right and I really trusted Rocky from the get go. He was NOT simply trying to sell me a car on the lot. He wanted to put me in a car suited for MY needs and within MY budget. I love MY car, 2017 Fusion Energi., I am so thankful for having Rocky D as MY salesman. Understanding MY condition and its medicines, Rocky even got dinner delivered to the dealership for me to be safer driving home. Between the video tutorials, demonstrations, and hands-on training, I can operate the technology features of MY car better than my phone. I was given several lessons by Rocky and Neal was very helpful with the initial set up of Ford Pass app to the phone. P.S. I am a loyal FORD driver. I have had a used car and new ones from Pacifico AutoMall! Ladies... You do not need to bring a guy with you to make the business deal, if you shop Pacifico AutoMall. The Sales Dept members, especially Rocky, will not just blow smoke or make you feel pressured. More

Was greeted as soon as I walked in. Stanley was truly helpful. Answered all of my questions and was very accommodating. Normally, when I go to dealerships, I always have anxiety because I feel like the salesmen are always trying to get over on customers (inflated prices, trying to sale certain cars, etc). That was not the case this time. Stanley listened, he didn't pressure me, and gave me a great deal. I'm truly grateful for that. More

Thanks Rocky! This is our third car from Pacifico Ford and Rocky. The first one we bought and the last two we have leased. We love our new 2017 Escape. Rocky fou This is our third car from Pacifico Ford and Rocky. The first one we bought and the last two we have leased. We love our new 2017 Escape. Rocky found the perfect car that has all the features that are important to us and the color we really wanted too. He took the time to show us all the new updates and how they work. He stayed with us late into the night to make sure everything went well at the finance office. Gina in the finance office is so pleasant and quick at her job that she had us in and out of there in no time. Neal along with Rocky was also very helpful in us closing the deal. More

Would never go anywhere else I have been a customer at Pacifico Ford for almost thirty years and have purchased or helped my kids purchase over a dozen vehicles. I would never eve I have been a customer at Pacifico Ford for almost thirty years and have purchased or helped my kids purchase over a dozen vehicles. I would never even consider going anywhere else. Every car I have purchased was a great vehicle and never had any major problems of any kind. If I had a slight issue it was always taken care of to or beyond my expectations. My recent purchase was no different Tom, Neal, Jorge and Bert were professional, quick and fair. I phoned ahead and when I arrived I was sitting behind the wheel of my new car within minutes. Superb dealership, superb people. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pacifico to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
