One of the easiest decisions I have made in a long time. I am the proud owner of a new Ford Edge and have to thank Mike Henkin and Neal Bauer for the GREAT care and effort in the process. While there are a lot of things quicker than buying a new vehicle, you can't rush the process when you buy and take delivery all in the same day. Mike and Neil worked to find me the color and option package I requested, and they found a couple. I determined it would be advantageous to me to look on the lot and they found me one better than I had expected. It was a hopping day at Pacifico that Saturday but Mike managed to get an appraisal on my vehicle, set up the transfer of insurance, and started the paperwork. Neal and Bernard helped complete the process and King Jay even threw in a couple valet parking coupons for travel parking. Sweet! I love the Edge and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mike Henkin to sell you a vehicle! Thanks, Pacifico, for a very pleasant experience! More

I have purchased many new cars over the years throughout the country and the people at Pacifico Ford are hands down the best I've ever seen. Neal Bauer was my salesmen. He was incredible! From the moment I walked into the showroom to even months after the sale, he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely happy and satisfied with my 2013 Mustang GT. There was no pressure to buy and I really actually enjoyed myself in a car dealer! Who does that? The floor manager, the finance department and the service center greet you and talk to you like you have been friends for years, It was amazing. In fact, I was in the showroom walking around while I was getting a free oil change and the finance manager walked past me and said hello and remembered my name. So, if you're looking for a place to buy a new or used car or truck, do yourself a favor and check out the crew at Pacifico Ford. I needed to buy a car, but I had limited sources in what I could purchase. A friend of mine mentioned Neil to me told me he is a good guy to deal with.
