I was having a hard time getting around this year in my '04 Nissian. My locks were frozen one morning, I had enough. Went to the dealership not really knowing what I wanted. Neal was very patient. There was so many new things inside that my other car didn't have (phone, sirus radio, etc. etc.) Neal took the time to show each thing. I took it back 4 days later for an automatic starter (so glad I did), Neal was there and still very friendly. Took the time to come say hello. More

Honestly, this was the best experience I've ever had when it comes to buying a car. My car broke down and I needed a safe and reliable car for both work and my kids. After going through xxxx with 5 othe when it comes to buying a car. My car broke down and I needed a safe and reliable car for both work and my kids. After going through xxxx with 5 other dealers, I went to Pacifico Ford. They were wonderful! Neal Bauer was my sales man and manager Joe Romano both assisted me. I found the exact car that I wanted (2007 Hyndai Santa Fe), checked it's availability and came down the same day to view the car. They didn't do what all the other dealers did and try to sell me a brand new car or a more expensive car. My credit was really bad and I had very little money down but Joe Romano and their financial guy (I'm so sorry, but I forgot his name. Young guy with a beard. I've GOT to get his name.) worked with me and by the next day or so, I had my car. Prior to getting my car, I had to drive a rent a car and Joe paid for three out of the four days I had the car. He totally didn't have to do that. Everyone at the dealership was great, positive and relaxed. No one was stalking me or trying to put pressure on me or anyone else. I love this place and will get all my future cars from Pacifico! Thank you guys so much and thank you for taking care of me still. More
