Worst dealership to buy a car from. If you come back to the dealership with problems the answer is always I don’t know. From sales reps to maintenance to Managment, they all act clueles If you come back to the dealership with problems the answer is always I don’t know. From sales reps to maintenance to Managment, they all act clueless at this dealership. Watch out from they’re so called warranties they try to sell you. They told me they had a pain warranty on the car when I told them I didn’t want it they told me that it had been already applied. When I took my car to a different Chevrolet dealer they told me there wasn’t any paint protection applied on the car. When I asked for a refund on the warranty that wasn’t applied they told me it’s non refundable. Never will I buy a car from this dealership. More

I brought my van in for an insurance claim. They let the van set. They gave me a date when it would be ready and it was not. It was a week after the date. They also let my alarm going on my van They let the van set. They gave me a date when it would be ready and it was not. It was a week after the date. They also let my alarm going on my van and ran the horn out. They told me that they did not do that I would have to pay for it. The auto body shop and the repairs shop kept saying that it was each other flat. Then they made it like they are helping you and they are not. When I called and complained they said it was not an insurance claim. I told them I have all the information to show that it was. They didn’t want to hear it. When I call them to talk to them it takes weeks for them to call me back or they never call me back. I have several cars, trucks, and vans that I bring to get service at Andrew. This was not the first time that I had terrible serves but this will be the last. I will never bring any of my vehicles for service again. More
