I purchased a 2020 Trak back in july for 25 grand..The vehicle has been in the shop since july 6 times, everytime the vehicle is returned to me it's back in the following day..i ask for a lemon law review vehicle has been in the shop since july 6 times, everytime the vehicle is returned to me it's back in the following day..i ask for a lemon law review& been denied those rights...Kyle is the worst sales man ever , however there are some nice people there that tried to help Mike Reves 5 stars , Neil is a great person as well good customer service More

This zero stars but being told to rate it. Unable to come to reasonable conclusion with damages to vehicle. Service staff locked key in vehicle and scratched paint on all 4 doors. Did not want any Andrew sta to reasonable conclusion with damages to vehicle. Service staff locked key in vehicle and scratched paint on all 4 doors. Did not want any Andrew staff working on vehicle. Since there staff never looked at the damages done to vehicle to acknowledge any damages done to it. Stated that there was a different party they contract work with but refuses to give information to take to them for repairs. More

The service person I Was dealing with was very very rude got charge for putting the machine on my truck and the machine supposed to tell them what’s Wrong and he didn’t the person that hooked it up to my tr got charge for putting the machine on my truck and the machine supposed to tell them what’s Wrong and he didn’t the person that hooked it up to my truck shortened out my alternator so I had to go buy a new one and put it in Myself and a friend I also talk to the manager and he was very disrespectful I will never recommend anyone to come there I will also put this on Facebook for the horrible service When I drove my truck into the service bay it was the trash control light on and the stability track light on When JoeL called me He told me my engine pressure was low and that I would need a new motor when I got there they told me my battery light was on and when I drove up my battery light was not on they didn’t even bother turning the key and I first got there to see what code showed up on the dash I told him exactly what was wrong when I drove up The mechanic in the back done a horrible job More
